A site where content is stored separately from the structure, usually in a database. The page is only assembled when called by a browser.

A programing language that provides functionality to web pages. It's provided free by an open source community making it a cost effective choice for any website. PHP is very stable having been in continuous development since 1995 and used by over 20 million websites today.
